Inviting all our Chapter Members for the FY 2025 Quarter 1 General Membership Meeting comes October 4, 2025/ 4:00PM – 6:00PM with the following:

Part I – How Cyber Criminals Attack You and How to Avoid Becoming their next Victim

Cyber criminals are working 24/4 for the next victim and no one knows who could be next! Under this, our resource speaker will navigate on how cyber criminals victimize with their online scams and strategies for us to spot on in dealing with potential cyber-attacks. Speaker will also tackle on how we could avoid and counter these attempts and avoid wasting our hard-earned resources.

Part II – All About your PICPA MELS Account

Under this, our VP for Membership will discuss all about our MELS account so each of us could be guided on how it works and how we should operate for our basic needs relative to our PICPA membership such as the following, among others:

• Creating new accounts for new CPAs
• Annual membership renewals
• Attending CPD events posted on MELS
• Securing Certificates of Participation on attended MELs posted events; and,
• Retrieval of lost MELS access

Part III – General Membership Meeting

Our Chapter President will then report before the Chapter membership on the events and activities held during the quarter and provide updates on the upcoming programs and activities.
