Last June 19 – 21, 2025, PICPA National Office (NO) has conducted its Annual Planning Conference at Minosa Leisure Estate, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The conference was intended to conduct a planning conference for the upcoming term – FY 2025-2026; induction ceremonies for the upcoming national and regional officers along with chapter presidents; graduation and awarding of previous national leadership; and fellowship night to foster camaraderie among participants.

The incoming Chapter president attended the event and developed in-dept understanding of the plans and programs of the incoming leadership, initially took his oath along with the regional officers and chapter presidents of the Southern Tagalog Region (STaR), and actively participated with the rest of the event.
